Aw, Bloody Fate wasn't good? (No spoilerssss please.) I wasn't really expecting it to be to be honest, but I'm such a Bayonetta whore, I really would not mind. :l
 
Bloody Fate was okay for me. 6/10. The animation was beautiful, but the action scenes felt underwhelming.

That's an understatement.
Without giving any specifics, it manages to be too short (hour and half running time) and still feel like it's dragging itself. This because there's too much needless yammering and little action...and what little action there is, is very lackluster. The executions are longer than the fights themselves.
Of the 4 Auditio, only Temperantia and Fortitudo appear and of those 2, only Temperantia fights and the fight is awful - Temperantia just stands there pew pew pew'ing through its tube fingers. Also, both of them are OBVIOUSLY made in CG, making them stick out like a particularly sore thumb.
And on the matter of cutting corners, they do a huge ass pull in the end so they can avoid drawing a detailed Jubileus, so she's basically Dural with a lampshade on her head.

The longest "fight" is against a Irenic, so yeah. :/
The story also has a crummy pacing - it gives away practically every major plot point right off the bat and there's no sense of "growth".

Always a interesting read (and certainly one of my favorite aspects in the series).

Me too. I've only allowed myself to view a very small amount of stuff for the game. I still haven't watched the fight between Bayo and the new rival character, and I don't plan to until I am the one playing it.

They have a very futuristic look about them, almost like they could be in Vanquish. Bayomecha doesn't seem all that weird now...
 
Found an interesting foreign-language video with exclusive content. Don't watch if you don't like potential spoilers, though.

 
Definitely worth it. I paid $70 for the first OST, so getting this is caaaaaaaaake. Anything Bayonetta is worth it.

I have no consoles at the moment. Consoles cost money and I certainly don't have a lot of that. Nothing much is catching my interest lately and given the opportunity I'd probably replace my PS3. But I have other thing on my wishlist right now. Sorry but there isn't anything else Nintendo is offering right now that really catches my interest. I'm not in position to buy a console for one game. Especially a console from a company that refuses to make a proper controller.

Well yeah the PS3 is a console, I used to have one but it was lost in a fire and never replaced. I was just thinking I'd replace it if I could, but honestly I don't even know what I want to do about that right now. I'm not even playing a lot of games right now anyway. So I dunno, I'm just thinking out loud. I just know that I got a Wii and I just really didn't have that much fun with it.

Aside from playing old Metroid...

Bayonetta 2 from Platinum Games and Nintendo is coming out for Wii U in Japan in just a few weeks. Right now, using the Junaio augmented reality app for iOS or Android, you can make Bayonetta pop up and dance.

After you download the Junaio app search for "bayonetta2" to get dancing Bayonetta. If you put her nearby a pole shaped object she’ll do a pole dance.

Twenty fans that post images to the Bayonetta 2 contest page will win QUO cards worth 1,000 yen.

At least Bayonetta is kinda enough to reward Mario unlike Peach.​

Oh, my god...the Star Fox ears...

I gotta admit, the Pixie cut is still growing on me ; Bayonetta does look a bit younger/prettier with longer hair but hey...change is good. Change is good.
