USA [Dec 11, 2015] NEC 16 - Main Game & $1,000 Pot Bonus (King of Prussia, PA)

right... so does anyone one still have a pre-Squigly build of the game? cause all I have is a 2012 demo on my PS3...
 
I am still debating whether I want to go to NEC or go to playstation experience. Summer Jam has been a god damn blast, so I might change my mind about playstation experience.

If you like summerjam, then NEC might be even better, since there'll be more SG guys probbaly at NEC and for sure there'll be more anime/niche game presence.

huh... I'm just curious if Mike still has a super old Alpha version of the game somewhere on his computer. The version where Peacock could throw off one of her eyes and it fires a lazor shot after waiting for about 30 or so frames. That would be cool.

At Summer Jam this weekend, I made a bet with a prominent member of the community who believes that the entries won't live up to what SJ was. I said they were fucking crazy and NEC will easily surpass that 52 entry mark. I'm putting up money that even with college finals, a date change, and a venue change, NEC will not be denied its position as the second largest SG tournament of the year.

Help me win five dollars.

Oh.... huh... When I was still in my parent's house we used to go past that hotel. I think I went in there once to look at a whole bunch of colleges (they were showing off and trying to get students in the arts). hmmm... this seems a little off to me, hasn't NEC been at the Clarion Hotel in Philly for a while now? why the change in location?
 
Change in location due to change in the date of the tournament.
Capcom helped them get this venue since the Clarion was already booked for this weekend, apparently.

Can you confirm the shuttle? Got some friends from my local scene that doesn't like the distance for cab fare.
 
So we in this? Yea~ we in this. And yes King of Prussia is a real town. Sounds silly I know but it's real. Don't know exactly what day I'll be arriving but it probably will end up a lot like my situation for SJ. Still early so we'll see.

Yea it did but the e-mailed receipt said NEC XVI so I think we're all good.

If its 5v5 the team is probably already covered, if we can make a 10v10 happen which would be wiiild as fuck then we'll see.
