This is gonna be the Smorgasbord of options DBZ Games got after Dragon Ball GT Finished and aired in the states.
But yeah, probably Jiren and the other bootleg Magical Girls/Power Rangers.
(I haven't watched Super to the ToP but I have seen the character designs which are great)
 
I actually want the catgirl who fought 17. I'd pay for her as even a premium Yamcha swap.

I don't really consider Caulifla a "ToP" character because she's obviously coming back and getting more fights, and has not displayed a full moveset (I could see a mixup fiend with maybe a counter, based on her "adaptability," but that's not frames from the source). Kefla's more likely for now.

Dude, not only is that so unlikely as to be impossible.....what would be the point? You would just be playing as Yamcha. ARC isn't really into pallete swaps and said character doesn't even have a name.

No offense to you, I just genuinely can't figure out why someone would say this...

Um, given a much older post you made in the Indivisible thread about teammates and team setups, I feel like you only look at gameplay when deciding who to use. It would be the same reason Injustice 2 sells premium skins. I like a lot of playstyles so my choices are often made by the flavor of a character. Yamcha's playstyle could be fun, but I like Piccolo, Vegeta Blue and Android 18 more as characters and they'll fulfill rushdown/pressure characters on point/mid, or Adult Gohan for mid/anchor. And that's just the rushdown/mixers.

I never would've picked up Ramlethal in GGXrd if I didn't like her personality, but her variant on the P4A/DBFZ auto-combo system is really interesting and makes up for some of the struggles of playing Ram (in the kinda small amount of time I've played GG).

Anyway, yeah if they're making a whole voice and art swap and new music they probably may as well make a new moveset. But I don't know the inner workings of the development.

I see, thank you for the explanation. I didn't know about Injustice's premium skins, sorry about that. It might be something ARC would consider if the character requests get too out-of-hand.
 
Open beta characters. I'm glad Krillin and Beerus are here, but sad 16 is not. Guess I could play Kid Buu.

Lucky me. I'm gonna get a shitton of new Beerus gameplay then.

And if beta was on PC I would actually have my planned main team available. :P
 
I've got the blues, the Super Saiyan blues... well I'll be able to try out Krillin or Beerus with my Piccolo/Adult Gohan duo, so that'll help with pkcking my main team.

Their facebook page says "Practice (battle tutorial)" is available. I hope that means I can actually take Gohan to the lab. Probably not.

But I will just hear Under The Bridge every time I see Hit now. At least until I memorize his theme.

the beta is 2 days long for everyone. If you Pre-Order on the consoles you can play it on the 13th so you get 3 days
 
OK so breaking news from the Maximillian Stream: If you are doing a combo, you can swap characters in the middle of it and uer their super, without the first character using there's

For example: If you do a regular ground combo with Goku, you van immediately swap into Buu or Cell's super. Or, even more insanely, you can do a ground to air combo, knock them to the ground, and then swap out with another character who can combo into their level 3 on the ground.

Basically hat this means is that at any time during a combo, You could be hit by any super of the attacker's party. If people find out how to combo into Android 16's Kamikaze super....

back on the first page, and wondered what happened to that.

But I feel like if Android 16 can't combo into his own self-destruct, other characters can't either. If it can be comboed at all as a command grab, then you can just use a lockdown assist to get that.

this is super old news. all the way back when people were able to play the game at Evo and such.

it's select lvl1s or lvl3s when doing this kind of Tag Super. doing half circle forward and an assist button will have them do their lvl1, and doing half circle back will do their lvl3.

in this case with 16 it's his normal Hell Zone Flash lvl3 and not Explosion.
 
Yeah the servers are FUCKED. Expected though.

I did eventually get in, and then realized that this is an ASW game and you can't airdash with two buttons and my hype died.

What, really? You can, dude, just tap 9 then 6! Does that not count as two buttons?

I also just realized that training is locked for no good reason (only the tutorial) and my ability to enjoy the beta died. I guess i'll play a little more tomorrow...

NYEEEH. BUT DAAAAAAAAAAAD.

I played the tutorial and then waited 20 minutes for a match and got nothin. Game still feels good and looks fucking phenomenal on a TV. Youtube videos don't do it justice.

Also if you watch replays, guess who shows up. Honestly he gets annoying so I hope you can turn him off.
