Hyrule Warriors [Name Now Final] - A Collaboration Between Nintendo and Tecmo Koei for Wii U

It feels weird,
seeing TP Zelda smile and giggle and be generally lighthearted.
Not in like a cute, oh she's finally smiling, way, it just actually feels surreal to watch that.

I'll probably stick with the standard designs anyways, just because they're new and a bit different.
Also playing the game you wouldn't think SS Zelda would be capable of anything but flirting with Link and being generally helpless.

Demisendorf is hype! (So is playable Zant and Ghirahim, but I was half expecting them to be playable anyway)

Also, I can't wait to wreck armies with my horde of chickens. This game is going to be great.
 
Lana has a third weapon, too: Summoning Gate. Interesting that she has three.

Adventure Mode sounds tight. Nice alternative to Free Play.
 
So I guess Zant, Ghirahim, and the 'Dorf are the last three characters? Makes sense, roster's pretty great if that's it.
 
I think there might be one super secret character at least. I mean, Pirate Warriors 2 made a new character slot way at the bottom side just for one:

Ganondorf better get the damn Trident of Power for one of his alternate weapons. I'm getting kinda tired of Zelda games depicting him swords. But DAMN! Again I ask, why didn't Sakurai go to these guys for moveset ideas? This is how Ganondorf should be like in Smash. (And I hope IS like in Smash 4)

Hopefully the preorder bonuses come to Canada... and hopefully they don't FUCKING RUN OUT LIKE UMvC3 DID (never got my sexy Morrigan alt, and now it's GONE FOREVER)
 
It's a bit of a bummer,
the fact that they only seem to be pulling playable characters from OoT, TP, and SS.
Like it's cool, all the minute references, the original LoZ as its own mode, the Chain Chomp, the moon, the little bird pole thing when the game saves.
Kinda wish that had been spread throughout the characters more.
 
i would say that they're playing it safe and going for stuff with better artstyle coherency
you can't deny that the characters they've chosen mesh with the style better than the likes of Makar

i mean that still raises the question of Majora's Mask but 3 is a good safe number to settle things on and we'll probably get more if the game gets a sequel
