so when I clamor on about Terry McGinnis and Conner Kent being added into the game, it's because I got jipped out of them in their own media homes.

Also, if you check the Website, they list preorders for the "Ultimate Edition" which gives you a cool Batman on the cover, as well as some skins for characters (Reverse Flash, John Stewart, and a Super Girl) that change their voices and some abilities...
Oh, and of course, DLC characters.
9 DLC Characters.
They have 9 DLC characters planned that will come with the Ultimate Edition...over the course of a few months, of course.
 
and they're alllll mortal kombat characters.
 
I actually might consider getting Ultimate Edition, since that is a considerably amount of stuff, plus John Stewart, I'll have to see the price though, assuming it's the bog-standard of $90 though that shouldn't be too bad.
Hopefully thye made some good decisions, but chances are at least one is Sub-Zero
 
If the pc port isn't shit again and they don't abandon dev like MKX (that needed a ton of time and noise to have it back), I'll buy it

Did some looking
Digital Deluxe is $80 (3 DLC chars)
Ultimate Edition is $100, even with some Amazon Prime savings that's still pretty pricey.
I'm still considering it, it's just a question of if some of this shit is exclusive forever or not.
 
I'm curious to see Darkseid's perk in action. Hope the Omega beans move in cool angles like in the comics, not just a basic homing attack

As for Poison Ivy, while she canonically really only works when setting up an environment for ambush, I could see it translated as a zoning/trapping character.

Also, 2 on 2 in that trailer...?

If this is just from the trailer, he's using a staff there. It is still a somewhat different design, but it's clearly inspired by the Arkham City armor+hood.

According to a leak, we also might get Mr. Freeze... as an alt costume for Captain Cold, I'd take that.
 
Assuming the leak is correct (and I am), Mr. Freeze is certainly an alt for Captain Cold. I'd guess that Cheetah and Zoom will also be premium skins for Catwoman and Flash, respectively.
 
I got reminded, did anyone else found it weird how beta FAQ mentions that the game mode will be "1v1"?

Could it be a suggestion that 2v2 from MK9 is making a return? :D

I mean it's kinda weird to mention a 1v1 mode so specificaly.

Unfortunately turns out MKX also used the "1v1" line in their beta for GGPO so this means pretty much nothing right now. :(
