It looks like Dio if he decided to go an early-2000's emo style and put too much makeup and piercings on.

And it's Stand is a re colored Sonic OC it made, "do not steal"

In all honesty, I find this DIO thing hilarious.

Now I got an excuse to buy a PS4, just to have a four way DIO fight. And I wonder if DIOs' VA will recieve 5 times the paycheck.
 
I think Diego has a different voice actor? He at least gets paid three times.
But yeah, i'm getting it at launch if it gets an English release, and after ASB why wouldn't it?

Apparently there has been circulation of the full character list of Eyes of Heaven being leaked, showing even what NPCs will be in it.

Does anyone have insight on this or it's nothing but rumors?

Everyone but Foo Fighters and Enigma I want are in, if Highway Star got in it'd just be icing on the cake cause I think that could be unique like Geb and N'Doul.

He's like the only one that's really notable,
they could add in Yasuho, because she has a stand and is an important charicter so far. I don't know who else though, they may just add in a Part 8 Kira for fun
