Make your character broken with the least significant change(s) possible.

Parasoul has infinite HP and all her moves do infinite damage and can't be blocked, also she can't be put in hit- or blockstun.

This would be a nerf to Parasoul though

We all know picking Parasoul on character select makes the game auto-win for the player immediately (Ties for mirrors).

What? That is an extremely small but significant change. I didn't even change her actual moves, only their "hidden" properties.
"All of Painwheel's armor moves get infinite armor (up from 1-3 hits) and bonus invuln startup" is 'extremely small'? Are you like, part of the Duelyst balancing team or something

Robo's s.mk and [s.mp] are now +12 on hit, up from +10, so linking into s.mp from [s.mp] or s.mk is now three times easier.
 
PW: 3 less startup on j.mp and 3 less startup on flight.
