- (w/ charge) Lv2 Seria Cancel on block/whiff
-Can Seria Cancel Specials
-Seria Charge can now reach Lv3
-Lv3 Silver Chord tracks at SBO angles (0, 45, and 90)
-Lv3 Liver Mortis launches projectile; range is Lv1 Chord max range
-Lv3 Arpeggio inflicts 3 stabs and launches
-Lv3 Tremolo tracks, and hits opponent toward you; 7 hits
-Lv3 Dragon Punch is followed by special air throw
-Lv3 Center Stage inflicts more hitstop and zoom than Lv2 and restands opponent; guarantees Daisy followup.​
-SBO can now be performed in the air; and angles mirror ground SBO (in front, downward, and directly below).

Ms. Fortune:

Give her Super Armor on her mix-ups.
 
Val: all of her normals with the saw do chip damage. BOOM. Done. Low damage problem solved.

and while we're at it, make savage bypass cross up on block. Now you can play extra dumb and zipline from half screen and have your assist start combos for you all day erryday.
 
Filia can do an instant air dash and do every single one of her air normals during it.
Blam.
 
Bella: Improved recovery on Grab Bag, now flips her forward.
This is one of the scariest things I can imagine, even if you don't gain too much oki off of it. Kancho and an assist could be deadly with something like this.

Alternatively, being able to 1) move freely after the first landing or 2) choose which direction the opponent is thrown
 
The improved recovery would actually be enough to OTG. Imagine Grab Bag reset loops in corner.
 
Make val's counter a dhc and reduce the recovery frames/more active frames.
 
Remove the startup time for Squigly's ground dash.
 
First hit of Val's s.HK is an overhead.
 
Fukua's clone is now invincible & unblockable.
Wouldn't Fukua's clone be Filia? :PUN:

Its more like.. a lack of patch. An Anti-patch.

The update tells the game to look for the Encore patch, which doesn't exist so it reverts back to 1.00. Yay Microsoft.

Valentine: Savage Bypass has invulnerability on startup and through all active frames.
Parasoul: Gets an airdash and a double jump.
Bella: All tumbling run follow-ups are frame advantage on block.
 
Val: Savage bypass hits low. (like MvC3 Deadpool quickwork)
Bella: Unbreakable elbow can be combo'd off of and has a slightly disjointed hitbox. (Haggar's pipe)
 
Double Teacup recovers faster and is invincible in the air

bella's grab bag becomes an invincible hitgrab lvl1 air super + [insert dumb position advantage or combo-ability afterwards here]
 
Val now has a DP that throws upwards a projectile. It has invincible startup and she's crouched while doing it.
  • The light version has more invincible frames, but throws 3 scalpels that deals low damage.
  • The medium version throws a body at the enemy. Pushes the enemy far away and may wallbounce if done near corner. Less invincible frames than L version, more than H version.
  • The high version throws a invulnerable body bag that catches the enemy and make them fall (something like beat extend).
 
Big Band's c.MP's hitboxes are disjointed from his hurtboxes
 
You people have some very weird definitions of "least significant changes possible." I'm pretty sure adding new moves or making current moves invincible/unblockable is very fucking significant.

Technically it doesn't take much work to make a move have invulnerable hitboxes. :^)
 
Armored frames on bella's lock'n'load MP goes all the way to the last active frame (for now, only the startup is armored)
