Otherwise fun trailer i guess? Glad this game seems to have a story... I was really bummed back in the day all the fuzz about MvC3 came to nothing.
Not a big fan of how everyone looks like they're made of plastic but i guess i'll take this over how MvC3 looked. I do love the Ultron/Sigma fusion though.

DLC already announced ? Capcom, for God's sake...

If I were to list characters I wanted: Any worthwhile Symbiote, Asura, Ghost Rider, base roster Shuma, uh, Josuke, Batman, Spawn, Jago, Mario, Springman, my left arm, aaaaaand Slapstick.
 
Looks pretty alright, a lot less batshit "what the fuck is happening" than MVC 3, I can dig it
 
-2 bar combobreaker where your partner character comes in. Cool. It'll be funny as hell when people still get happy birthday'd when they try to stop your combo though.
-We got rounds? In a Versus game?????
-Ultron looks cool. Very Magneto-esc.
-Chris has an ammo meter
-Infinity stones are definitely like CvS's Groove system. Makes me happy. Was worried before but now I'm down to clown with them.
-Dead bodies stay onscreen like SG. Revival stone when.
-Chun's new voice actor sucks
 
What I mostly wanna know is if we get pre-fight intros like in UMvC 3, or if there'll be all canned intros depending on your character.
I hope most charatcer interactions aren't all in story
 
I love how the game flows, more easy to follow than UMvC3 too :^)
Liking the infinity stone mechanic so far too.

Tbh i'm kinda glad it looks quite different from MvC3
 
It looks quite a bit slower, which I can appreciate because I hate that I had to lose my entire team because someone had an anchor vergil with Lv3 X factor and all they had to do was hit my characters once each to get a kill.

The Infinity Stones powers look really neat. Space seems to be the most fun looking for me, as it looks like it creates an even tighter Squiggly style box around the opponent so you can abuse powerful knockback effects on command without having to chase them. might be fun for heavy hitters like Hulk.
 
I don't mind the control input changes, so long as there's an option to have regular old options.
 
God, Space is even more powerful than I thought....It doesnt make a box around you, it loks your opponent in one finite space for you to do whatever.

Imagine if Peacock had such an ability in SG with all the crazy assists and Lockdown she has, jesus.

Then maybe she'd actually be able to use her road roller.
 
This must be how KoF players felt as info on 14 started coming out. Really ugly first impression, but I'm really down with every gameplay thing they've announced, barring the metered burst.
 
Yeah, I don't think it'll ruin zoners or anything, especially with something like the power stone to blow people away

Also it should be noted that the combo breaker isn't a burst, you call in your other character to disrupt the combo
So, not only do you need to have both charas up, you need to use it in such away that doesn't happy birthday yourself too

Well isn't the problem about a player building up meter by winning the initial offense, then being able to use it if the opponent manages to beat their defense later? So it stands to reason they'd have both characters.
