It's (almost) Beowulf time! New Meridian's celebrity wrestler and Gigan slayer Beowulf will be made available to Steam, PS3, and Xbox 360 players on April 17th. As with all previous DLC characters, Beowulf will be free for three months after his release. If you redeem him in that time period, you own him forever. Don't miss out!

Additionally, Lab Zero Games have spilled a bean or two about the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita releases of Skullgirls. Owing to the sheer amount of new content included in the next-gen editions (All previous DLC characters, new game modes, and other miscellaneous unannounced features), Skullgirls on PS4/Vita will be released as Skullgirls 2nd Encore. Lab Zero Games was happy to announce all players across the PlayStation family of consoles will be able to play against each other online! Skullgirls 2nd Encore will also be cross-buy, meaning that buying a copy on PS4 will net you a digital download on PSVita, and vice-versa.
