it all depends. It could've been 25 percent off, 50, maybe even 75. Who knows if it even will be discounted now until ultra comes out. My best advise would be just pre-order ultra and when you see ae on sale just cancel your pre-order.
 
I picked up a copy for 15 during the Winter Sale.

I think will be more then only a character revel... they can use all this hype to make more announcements, like new mode or even more characters or characters planning for the future

Super quick. I reading "Despair" in the comments and I kept thinking of Monobear/Dangan Ronpa. I think Arcana may get his wish with the Grand Finals being over super quick.
