Basic advice on neutral, mostly approaching someone who is running away and calling assists, not even Updo, I had trouble vs Painwheel doing upback jMP + Pea LGeorge assist.. yeah! Like, that's kinda uh, yeah. I don't even mind, I bait Updo/Pillar/Fiber okay. I think. I struggle vs Hornet Bomber and other lockdown+mix up attempts coming at me instead of running away. Absolute guard training?
Blocking left/right overhead mixups. I'm bad at pushblocking the first hit of, say, Filia IAD jLP jHK, or pushblocking an overhead like Parasoul jHP to prevent a low approach. Or, again, anything Filia. I know you don't play her Peanuts but if you can do some jMK IAD jLK/jLP and item drop mix up stuff with Peacock... Reactions, reactions, reactions. I know I can training dummy this, but I was hoping to cover all my options. I used to mash pillar until I got baited for days.
BAITING. Yeah, I'm really bad at this! It's
essential I bait, I reset like a monster because I play Parasoul and I need it for the damage. (Not really, yay assist combos with optimal starters..) I also reset like crazy with Cerebella. I have NO real resets with Big Band yet. I try to copy the DP sLP cMK/Throw etc stuff. I also have no burst baits with anyone except Parasoul and -I always forget to do them- so I get jabbed/mashed out of all my resets because they're not afraid to press buttons or reversal'd because I don't bait. I feel like I have good setups and I don't use enough of my options.

@alexpi ) You have no idea how often this happens to me. It's -almost- infuriating but I'm not gonna let it get to me like that. BUT, MAN. I WATCHED FUKUA. WATCHED THE SHADOW COME OUT, TO ME. HELD BACK THE ENTIRE TIME. LOOKED AT IT. "Oh, the overhead shadow, hm. What should I do? It's about to be right in my face, from max distance."
Oh, and I can't beat Fukua's jHK with anything. This is an exaggeration, except that when I'm not exaggerating, I would say, "I can't beat Fukua's jHK with anything 9/10 times in the air or on the ground if she's in my face with any character on the roster." I know it's me. Help. Please. I've literally stood and let my friend jHK me in the face 20-30+ times while I decide what button to press and then tried it and lost anyways! I cannot deal with that thing at all. Is it really 9f??? How do read advanced frame data.
Anything else, I've forgotten probably, so just, y'know, give me advice on what you see me doing wrong, maybe? You can choose what issues you want to help with so I don't take up too much time. I think I'm considered a pretty good player and I fill a lot of the requirements on that list. (I DO know and use double snaps, don't. Just don't. Except I don't have one for BB yet, I'll admit. Hi Peanuts.) But that doesn't mean I don't have room for improvement and I feel like it's with some of the basics rather than anything advanced. And I've only progressed so far almost entirely on my own. It's time I got solid outside input that goes beyond a few words in a steam window after a set. I need -discussion-.
