Speaking of which, I heard the MKX Sub-Zero is the original, older Sub-Zero, so at least him not being a cyborg won't contradict Jax's arms. :P

3. Kotal's team is underutilized. We see a bit of Reptile, but D'vorah, Ferra, Torr and Erron never do anything.
4. Next one seems to finally return to Issue #1 with Kano and Sub-Zero, so that'll be cool.
5. Also I don't think Mileena is going to be playable. Too many similarities with Kitana's assassin variation and she's pissed Kotal off way too much... although I'd still say I feel it's 50/50.
 
Reiko? Did they reveal a new character? Did they reveal Sonya? Who's Ferra? What did I miss? I always feel out of the loop with the MK series XD

You know what brutalities remind me of? Those times in Samurai Shodown where you don't do a special input for fatalities, but still cut your opponent by hitting JUST right with standing hard slash. Good shit.

Btw, from what I saw in one of the stream matches one of Scorpion's brutalities may or may not involve turbo teabagging. @SonicFox5000 , you better be cutting ALL the arms off.
 
Oh man, i'm loving these new Brutalities. They make me think of if there were Super-EX specials aside from the regular EXs, except they can only be used as finishers. Good shit.

And don't forget that it seems that (almost) every EX-burn move comes with it's own brutality version, even if it's a simple decapitation that still counts.
Over 100 Brutalities.
So let's say there's 6 EX-Burns per character, counting each variation, that plus the two fatalities is eight finishers per character.
 
I just wanna make sure I saw things correctly. Did one of Cassie's brutalities consist of punching D'Vorah's ovaries so hard, her head came off?

That is exactly what happened.

Some brutalities are vanilla, some are insanely creative, some are cool but not good neough for the cinematics.
And what I've noticed is like, a lot of them remind me of the old MK1-3 fatalities, as in, they're not much, but were still decent enough for the time.
 
They were not what I expected at all, Brutalities. I was expecting something along the lines of... how Hercules died in God of War III.

They're still cool though! D'Vorah's made me chuckle quite a bit. I almost wish confetti popped out of Kano's stomach with the slug.
 
I'm gonna default to Brutalities I think, if I can.
Ed says you need to be a badass to pull some of them off.
