Ana - Phara's mother is being released as a heavily utility based support. Has a sniper that applies HoTs on allies and DoTs on enemies, a sleeping dart that causes enemies to be immobilized for a time or until they take damage, a grenade which heals AND increases ally healing while also deals damage and prevents healing to enemy heroes, and her ult which allows one ally to temporarily move faster, deal more damage, and take less damage from enemies’ attacks.
Mercy - Her ult timer takes more time to charge and she can now move when she activates her ult instead of just being a free kill when reviving teammates. Also, damage boost buff.
D.Va - Her Matrix has been changed to operate similarly to Pharah's jet booster: Hold to activate matrix and deplete an energy reserve.
Zenyatta - He's getting more shields, and he moves a lot faster when he uses his Ultimate.
Competitive Play
Hero stacking is gone for competitive play. +1 hero limit enforced on Competitive.
No more coin flips, instead games will end in a tie where its mostly performance weighted then.
