Well, it looks like my question got answered in another thread, huh.

They all have the heart tail, so it looks like gender isn't going to determine what you can wear or not.

Friendly reminder that they confirmed you'll be able to watch all newcomer videos as soon as you boot up the game in Smash 4, meaning we may not have any hidden newcomers.

Makes sense that they would announce him by himself because he would probably overshadow everything else they would announce. I mean I give it a 1:1 chance.
Also announced are captain N alt costumes for megaman, pit and simon.

Eh, with the newcomer announcement confirmed for Monday, I'm starting to think there'll be nothing "big" if anything at Evo.

It could even be that the announcement wasn't ready for after the tournament so they bumped it back to Monday.
 
I mean not really. The only way to kill the leak outright is deconfirmation of the chorus men.
 
I'm thinking that some Nintendo representative is gonna show up, congratulate the winner, show off Smash 4 some more and tease whatever character's getting revealed on Monday.
I doubt they're going to outright say it, but I can see maybe seeing some teasing seconds from the trailer itself.
 
falco and falcon would be more than welcome to the evo crowd..same with ice climbers to less of an extent.

Luigi gets revealed early for Year of Luigi.
Falcon gets revealed early for Year of We're Finally Acknowledging the Competitive Side of Smash.
 
Gotta say, Space Furry and Swordsman mirror matches are pretty boring. I don't care for it, they really are just vibrating back and forth.

This Falcon - Bowser match is the shit though.
 
I think it's good to get all the mirror matches out during pools, so the finals are a bit more varied.
I don't think there was a single mirror in finals last year, I don't think there were even two people playing the same character.
