they nerf the character that had to work for almost winning but the character that cheesed to victory has an infinite
 
being the worst character in the game doesn't mean you're bad
it just means that you need to put in more work to succeed
and more work for success makes that success all the sweeter

Villager vs. Jiggz is a good matchup. Lots of offstage play, very entertaining.
 
Melee is hella unbalanced. Its not 5 characters, but its certainly not a lot. 7-8 viable characters at best. 8 if you count Captain Falcon. MAYBE, MAYBE 9-10 because Samus is almost there. Pikachu MAYBE just because Axe is literally the only that even tries.

Though at the end of the day Fox/Falco run the game and are way better than pretty much everybody except maybe Sheik and Marth. 20XX is very real.

Pichu is really bad, BUT I always thought she was only the 4th worst.

Just because Bowser, Ness, and Kirby are literally dripping anus butter.

I agree. In melee, certain characters are absolute garbage and have so little ability to make things happen. They are objectively horrible characters and playing with them is asking for disaster. Bowser is literally just whirling fortress for the entirety of the match with an occasional midair sideb. Not gonna cut it...

In this game, everyone looks like they have their advantages offensively and defensively.
 
O yeah this game is already looking way more balanced than Melee/Brawl but we'll see.

Sheik/ZSS are kinda scaring me though but we'll see. Nothing Fox/MK looking yet though haha

As a Samus main, the only top tiers I really don't like fighting are Falcon (who rates 1 spot better?) and Falco, because Falco shuts down Samus at neutral.

However, Samus can kill Falco REALLY easy and with a couple of mistakes Falco can lose stocks easily in the matchup, something which is a bit more difficult in the reverse; Falco needs to work for combos on Samus and although he certainly can get early kills with good dAir gimps, they are risky for him. Screw attack somehow stage spiking Falco while he's still on stage trying to dAir edge guard? I love it when that happens.
 
Falcon is 2-3 spots higher.

Yeah Samus is slowly becoming viable kinda because the Samus mains are placing hella well, still not breaking top 8 much but placing well. Shroomed dropped Doc so rip and Kage hasn't placed with Ganon in I don't even know.
 
OK so I finally went out of my way to find mii's for my mii fighters and so far I have
Ibuki Suika- lightweight brawler
Mako -mid brawler
Ryuko - Mid sword
Geno - light to mid gunner
Also in an attempt to make a skull swordsman and call it Daniel I accidentally created Russel from the Gorillaz whom I plan on being a heavy weight brawler.

Ah, Pac-Pix. I remember reading about you when the DS was brand new from Club Nintendo...

I remember it clearly... my cousins got their DS's for Christmas, and I got one soon after. I got the Mario Kart DS bundle but there was no DS Cart included so we returned it and got MKDS for free... and then Nintendogs.

We've seen this before though... There's files for Dixie, Mewtwo, Roy and others on the Brawl disk but were never utilized. Only difference here is that DLC is supported.
