Ideally, I'm hoping she will have it to where she can put blood on the floor via specials or a super rather than just when she gets hit. I think having to be at the mercy of the opponent to use her ability kinda puts a damper on things if the opponent is good with resets and such.

I thought you posted Eliza displaying her prowess with pyromancy. Clearly she must, to lay the burn with such dazzling efficiency.

Oujo-sama is so multi-talented but Sekhmet IS a fire goddess. Perhaps this could be her doing.

The chariot trample is probably her tag-in. And there's also the light version of Summon Servant which we haven't seen yet.
There might be more besides those but they already have a much more active role than I expected.

Honestly as a bragging rights thing, I'm going to throw down what I think Eliza's personality might be like.

• Okay, first off, I feel like Eliza is actually kind of proud of her age? It's a testament to her survival skills.
• She's manipulative
• Can keep her cool easily but is easily a force to be reckoned with, when she gets upset she gets VERY upset.
• Cocky and vain as all hell, obvious one but I think it's because she's earned it? Again related to her age.
• She acts kind and caring in public but is a lot more sarcastic and venomous-tongued when backstage.
• Can and will state her opinion on things, like the Medici being a sack of shit.
• Likes the freedom to do what she wants, another reason she hates the Medici, so I guess sorta like a spoiled brat?
• Not really a personality trait but I can't shake the feeling she's highly intelligent, book and street wise.
