I recommend Paint.NET it's a better version of Paint (and sorta like Photoshop), oh and it's free!

GIMP's better. It's completely free, and it lets you do so much more than anything MS Paint can do.
 
I came up with a special shading trick for the eyes,even though the last part of the shading is supposed to be an even darker shade of that color,I just decided to paint it white in order to match the Eeveeloution. Also names of the Eeveeloutions will be posted in case. And also I can't go past the picture limit.

Im going to do something stupid, and probably shouldnt do. I'm going to make 1 Skullgirls Palette based off of all 50 or so fighters in Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS. So soon I 'll make 2 post with 30 or so palettes in each. This will take awhile, so see you all on the other side.

I looked at some of the palettes I've made way in the past, and boy did it make me feel nostalgic! I've done these palettes again, but this time with shading and some changes. I made them to where they follow the color map or at least try to follow it, and some of the new versions stick to the reference more than the originals. All of these are redone palettes. Enjoy!

Guys, I'm gonna show you something based on a thing I want to draw.
First, the image is supposed to be Valentine with a Steel and Dark Blue suit.

This one is the first version. The neck of the coat, and the bras are supposed to be a Breast Armor, over the suit.
The rest of gray in the coat is supposed to be lightning-shaped steel plates on the zone of the waist.
It would have Steel Arms, Covered Breasts, and Uncovered Legs.

The second version. The only difference is that her breasts are uncovered, sticking with her revealing nature.

This one, is the third version. With covered Breasts, steel legs and uncovered arms.
