Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

You know, people were wondering earlier how King Crimson would be animated, but... Wouldn't they just do it like how Dio was messing with Polnareff on the stairs when they didn't know his ability? How it just jumps to the next thing? That's what I was thinking anyway.
 
I should attempt to read, and actually finish, Diamond is Unbreakable. I keep trying to read it from the beginning, get side-tracked by something else, and completely forget about it...

Never have I seen a "lolsorandom" moment in the sub, but I haven't seen the dub other than clips so this is a heavily skewed view. I was referring to the "hilarious" memes they added to All Star Battle in localization, but I don't know if you were aware or not.

honestly the only good joke that the localization added was "YOU ARE TEARING ME APART, LISA LISA" and that's really it

So when is Jojo's x Virtua Fighter coming out?
 
So, i'm reading part 6 right now, and i must say, as the time goes on, Jotaro gets more and more nerfed.

To be fair, after part 3, even with time limit abilities, not only he got nerfed, he isn't as strong, smart or with some smart decisions, he was just, there, like, after part 3 ended he was the most powerful stand user (At that time) and he got a little of renown in Part 4, but Part 5 & 6 are different stories.

Ironically, out of all the Jojo's, accept it or not, the fact it's that Giorno is the most powerful jojo out there, and many people aren't giving him the "Oh my god he is so cool" because GER, and while i really like his stand and character, GER is a broken stand, probably even more than Tusk (ACTIV), but outside of Giorno, remember that after Part 3 the effects of the stand were more complex.

For example, Magician's Red or Silver Chariot were easy to tell what they do, but stands like Killer Queen Bites the Dust, Echoes, King Crimson, that alien dude from part 4 that is still not confirmed if it was a Stand or he was an alien, etc.

So, by taking those examples, Jotaro's Stand got weaker, not because he isn't powerful, it's because the effects of new stands were more approachable, complex, and harder but at the same time useful to use, Star Platinum is just a machine of punches with time limit included, you really can't do much outside of punching and time stopping for what, 5, 6 seconds?.

And also because he was becoming older and older, he didn't trained too much so you have to take that into consideration, to be fair, if he was more perceptive, maybe if he decided to train seriously after the end of Part 4 and develop all he could with SP, things in Part 6 weren't so messed up, but still, you can't expect much from a Stand who has a development potential of "E" because Star Platinum: The World, which, by Part 6 tier stands, he sucks, yeah, the top tier ability from Part 3 (Time Stop) is now one of the lowest for the same effects of new stands, he couldn't catch up with all of those sadly.
 
I believe is more of a perception thing.

Like, The World when Dio sucked Joseph's blood, or Star Platinum in his prime (that can deliver punches so fast and stop time for 5 seconds), are strong enough do deal with most enemies, even King Crimson.

Of course, until where i am now, Golden Experience is the most powerful because it is in its most powerful state. But a full power Dio or Jotaro could deal with most enemies with no major problems, is just the surprise factor and the fact, as you said, that Jotaro got soft (which it seems to be a trend since Joseph, i mean, the guy was a hamon master almost, and got soft too).

Jotaro is not the protagonist anymore, so is not that he is making the enemies stronger than him, or making him that much weaker, he is just being put in bad situations because he is not the protagonist anymore.

But for what i've seen, a full power The world or Star Platinum, is potentially unbeatable.

jotaro sucks after part three because all the bad guys stopped doing one thing.

They didn't piss him off.

I think having a family and being a marine biologist was really good for his anger issues.


Also I have no idea what you guys are talking about, Mikitaka is a completely normal highschool boy and that is all there is to be said on the matter.
 
Mikitaka is whatever he wants to be and he won't confirm to your base perceptions

Yes and no. Most of it is still confusing (or nonsensical, at the very least) but you'd at least have a frame of reference.

It's a real story, yes, but light novels aren't canon.

Not all of them are that bad though, I liked Fugo's enough, and I always hear good things about the Kira one.
 
i think that some fans treat Fugo's novel as canon, especially since All-Star Battle referenced it and all
 
While Jorge Joestar is not canon, it comes to show how big, confusing and fucked up can the multiverse of Jojo become from a different point of view.
