The Smash Bros Discussion Thread

I've been thinking that a good Pokemon stage from X/Y could be on top of Shabboneau Castle. Where you saw the fireworks with one of your rivals early in-game.

You could have fireworks and a view of the garden in the background.

And maybe a DIY stage for 3DS? Like, you fight on the area where you make the games, and similar to Pitcochat, an unseen stylus makes a game?

You mean Parfum Palace? Yeah, that'd be really cool actually, though I might want N's Castle more, if only because N is best Pokemon character and having him with Zekrom/Reshiram in the background would be sweet.

Derp. Yeah, that's what I meant. N would be cool, too. If Luigi's Mansion stage is being taken out, his ruined room could fill in the "creepy stage" void it would leave.


I remember someone recommending Plasma Frigate too.

So long as they still have the option to set the likelyhood of each track playing, I wouldn't mind. I personally hate the lyrical Sonic songs... a lot... but if I can just turn them off, I won't complain.

Live and Learn is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, though, but that's probably only because of the Slam Jam remix.

I was gonna say either Hidden Palace Zone from Sonic 2/Sonic 3 (& Knuckles) or Tropical Resort from Sonic Colors but I'd be down for Death Egg. Or that arena where you fought the Egg Paladin in Sonic Heroes/Sonic Generations on 3DS.

Just as long as they don't recycle the Windy Hill Zone. I understand Sakurai's trying to get the game out this year but I don't want him to cut too many corners. If he has to delay it at the last second until 2015 to get it to be the best game he can make it, I won't complain.

If they had that stage, they could have a medley of all the classic Sonic boss themes, including the Sonic 2 Boss Theme!!!

I love the Sonic 2 Boss Theme more than Clawsome loves Super Sonic Racing... yeah, I said it ^_^

Yeah, I'd love an Eggman base like level for the 3DS (or a casino stage like Casino Night Zone from Generations or the one from Lost World)

I'm not just talking about any video game character that doesn't have a chance to get in, I'm talking about any character from any form of media. Hell, it can somebody who has existed.
Someone who has ZERO chance of even get mentioned in a Smash Bros game.

I just went with the part where he sings and fires the Death Ray, but ending it with an explosion and a Whedonesque death would be pretty cool.

Yeah but only Stalin's forward B is the same. he has tons of different attacks from Mike!
