Hyrule Warriors [Name Now Final] - A Collaboration Between Nintendo and Tecmo Koei for Wii U

I always liked Fi. a robot-like character who has very humanlike qualities and the fact that she gives you percentages of things. I love her. her dances are also beautiful.

Actually it's the ball and chain weapon from Twilight Princess.

  • Fi is playable
  • Ghirahim and the Imprisoned are enemies on a new SS stage (unnamed)
  • Ball and Chain weapon for Link
  • Wind Waker weapon for Zelda
  • SS costumes for them both
  • Talking about stats and level ups

You can't fucking have Zant, Ghirahim, and Ganondorf all in the same game AND NOT PLAYABLE.

Ball and Chain plus huge fucking gloves basically deconfirms Onox, which would be sad but at least the combat style is IN the game.

As for the bosses, it's still up in the air if they're playable or not. Mark my words, though, when Hyrule Warriors 2 is announced next year (it will be), they'll be in with a much bigger moveset.
 
I'm going to be so cross if either of them aren't playable at first.
And if they have Skull Kid as a boss but not playable, that might as well be like stabbing me and then pouring bleach all over the wound.
 
There's a lot of people complaining about the lack of playable male characters. Really? And they say it's sexist.

My favorite part about TP was the items, I'm super glad we're getting some representation on that front.
Now all we need is for Midna to use the Beyblade.

I was just playing Dynasty Warriors 8 before work and I was playing as a guy who literally threw boats at people

He also can throw is down and surf on it and cause tidal waves and then throw the opponents up into the air and then suplex the fuck out of them

It's possible.
 
King of Red Lions even has three possible fighting styles
Sail, Cannon, and Grappling Hook

I thought about it too, we haven’t had a male character announcement since... Link if I recall correctly. But I don’t care what gender the characters have, they need to be awesome, that’s all what matters. Everyone who says that the lack of playable male characters is sexist is an idiot.

Saying that, I'm not really satisfied with the last three reveals. Lana = Animeeeeeeeeeeeee (in a bad way), Agitha = WTF?!, Fi = Navi 2.0, get the fuck out. I'm not saying they play bad, Lana's moveset looks kinda fun, but I wont play her since every time I see that character I might throw up.

I'm not sure what they are smoking at Tecmo Koei, but they should either stop or get better stuff. But I think Ganondorf alone (if he's playable) will make this game worthwhile. If you can transform into a giant monster pig wielding a trident that is.
 
we all know we'll stop caring about who is playable once Groose and Tingle are confirmed.

pretty much all of Fi's issues are solved by removing her from a navigator position
It's just kids holding on to old grudges at this point

tbh, I liked Fi as a navigator.

she'll remind you of what you're doing because it's a built-in fail-safe for anyone who doesn't play the game for a while. in old Zeldas if you forgot what you were dong there's barely anyone who will remind you. if you start up the game and start wandering around Fi will pop out and be like "yo, aren't you gonna do the thing at that place?"

Fi is the Tom Nook of the Zelda universe...
 
Mental Note: Do not acknowledge any of Fi's real estate knowhow
 
I actually
REALLY want Happy Mask Salesman to be playable now.

He can have Link's transformative masks, the bomb mask, his finisher is the Giant Mask.

Also I'm guessing the regular costume Ganondorf will have a unique costume for this game only like Links and Zelda's that's more "Warriors-like".

What if they're all in high school and Ganondorf is the misunderstood jock and Zelda is the quirky girl who he likes but she actually likes Link who is also pursued by Cia and all sorts of wacky beach and hot springs adventures ensue
