Big Band has air Brass Knuckles.
Cerebella slides after forward dashing.
Double has a 5f jab.
Eliza upperkhat has upper body invincibility.
Fukua launcher does two hits, hitting earlier with sweet damage.
Ms. Fortune can cancel rekkas into any special.
Painwheel can landing-cancel buer reaper.
Parasoul has no on-screen limit on egret call.
Peacock can air teleport.
Squigly can move during superpauses.
Valentine retains velocity during air shurikens.

Air double jump cancels in combos. We anime now.
 
Fukua works on her level 5 rules all the time
 
eliza's summon chair, divekick and grab work like shadow of impending doom where you can hold down the button to determine when the move will come out.
 
This is easy. Make Bypass always have the full momentum on block or whiff. Tada S+++ tier Val.

Squiggly Arpeggio deals 300 chip, 800 hit. Seria deals 500 chip, 1000 hit.
Squiggly cr.LK causes downward vacuum vs Airborne opponents.
Squiggly st.MK jump cancellable on hit (isn't it already)
Squiggly Daisy Pusher has 0f induced hitstop but has a Sequel window until the coffin lands! Now deals 2000 dmg

I probably messed up the subtle part. You may only pick any 2 squiggly changes to compensate

not sure I understand what you're saying here. It already vacuums in some way, even on guard.
And if you meant additional vacuum, I'm pretty sure it woud mess up her combos on some characters.

Think of Potemkins 6h, big fat sweeping punch that forces the opponent closer to you on block

What does that even mean
Rather than dropping in height after a clap before being able to clap again, Bella can clap immediately at the same height. At least, that's how I interpreted it.

So could stay in the air indefinitely, for one thing.

-Beowulf's Chairless-cHP has the option of acting as a launcher
-Beowulf's Frog Splash gets Penguin Ref Hype without needing a super
-Band can spend an extra half-bar to use SSJ->TUBA or Timpani Drive->Death Toll without taunting

also, Feral edge acts as a vortex on hit... just cause i hate when the opponent falls out in certain angles after connecting first couple hits.
