While momentum is negatively affected, it's not entirely gone and I made no such allusions to such a claim. That's yet again, another poor interpretation by you of what I said so it fits your argument. Look, it's clear to me you seem to like Undizzy or don't see it as a problem or even the least bothersome. That's cool and I respect your opinion but I gotta tell you, your head is so far up your ass that you're unable to actually clamly debate this subject since you've seem to have an attitude with me from the beginning and I have no idea why. I mention that I think none of us want to see SDEs low resource TOD combos again and your zinger is to say "go back to SDE". You keep using the word "momentum." I don't think it means what you think it means.
In the new beta, undizzy decays
faster than it used to. That means that as the attacker, you have less "required" downtime between combos. The combos?
In MDE, they're doing 10-11k with a meter. That's
80% damage, for perspective. How far are they getting reduced in the Beta? About 7-8k. That's closer to
60% damage. Because the Beta
only shortens combo length and actually
improves momentum, you're just bitching that you can't kill somebody off of 1 or 2 stray hits and the FIRST clean hit you do. 60% damage is
insane. Like, that's busted. I play this game because it's MvC2, and 60% damage involved a DHC, damage glitch, or Iron Man back then. You're just bitching that you can't 1-touch people.
Real talk? Your rushdown is
so fucking bad that Mike Z patched rounds out of the game. You managed to make a 1v1 set take so long that it caused SF4 players to bitch about the length of a Skullgirls tournament. Other commentators on
later streams were talking shit about how long your set was taking. If you had any clue what momentum really was, it was limited to only the words out of your mouth and not your actual play, because
god damn you managed to make the most momentum-based character in the game look like she was in P4A.
I want Mike Z to put the undizzy limit at 130 just to spite you. Maybe then you'd actually learn what pressure is, and that momentum isn't a synonym for combo.
