Cammy isn't a charge character in SF4 :P

edit: I didn't like her in SF4, but I think shes actually looking really cool in SF5 ( along with everybody else )

8 is probably too low - people would complain endlessly (See: Skullgirls). 12 (another layer above 1/2/7/8) might be possible, though.

EDIT: Though with the new update plan they're going with, I guess 8 is possible if they're planning to do some sort of season-based release.

that's kind of disappointing I'd been told that she was and I didn't really care enough about street fighter to actually verify I just figured "well ok I'll play someone else then"
well either way she looks fun in SFV

nah I was originally looking at cammy in AE so I wouldn't have had anyone to confuse her with yet
 
Cammy was one of those characters that i didn't pick because everyone trash talks who plays her because she was high tier or something like that. The same with chun li in third strike, and you know what, i don't care anymore, i'll pick a character i like, doesn't matter if that said character is top 5 or bottom 5.

I generally shy away from top tier because I like to be a hipster fuck about character picks but if the character is fun enough I'll do it even if they're top tier.

Agreed, while I do like the shotos, man, they take complacency to a whole new level.

If they put them I hope they do a similar job that they have done to Nash.

One thing that I liked is that actual time seem to have passed from one game to another. Chun and Cammy have more mature faces. Birdie ate too much. Etc.

As for characters from the old games... Hum. Karin and Q would be good.

ahhhhhggrrr, at least the ps4 is worth buying now thanks to FF7 remake, Shenmue 3, and Second Encore.

Ryu's super finish is probably the most uninteresting one right now.
Well Ryu is uninteresting in general.

I think chun and Ryu were the most similar to its previous iterations, so people didn't have the curiosity to play as them as they did with Nash, or Birdie, or Bison.

I wish chun li wasn't a charge character anymore, but besides, she looks awesome too, and her lightning legs are qcf motion, that is unique.

What you guys think about that?

Why do you not want her to be a charge character? She doesn't really have a whole lot of specials in the first place, does she
 
Well, is more preference, nothing special, i am not good with charge motions in general (one reason to practice, not to avoid, yeah.)

EDIT: What i really didn't like is the inability of dying to chip. I mean, there should be at least some limiter, because i've seen fights were people get to zero life and then just start blocking, just extending the time of the match. but i like the idea, because somethimes in sf4 when you get knocked down, you just have to accept that you are going to be chipped to death because the enemy setups or things like that.

I like her third strike legs the best though.

and yeah, not dying by chip is not cool, there must be some better ways to make comeback possibles at 1 pixel health, if not, well, the guy who beat the other to almost death kinda deserves to win if he is landing hits on the enemy yet.
